As a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and PREPARE/ENRICH certified clinician, I’m passionate about helping couples and families navigate life transitions, work through difficult seasons, strengthen their relationships, and find their way back to feeling like a team. Just as some of our deepest hurts can happen within relationships, I believe relationships can also be a powerful place for healing and growth.
When I work with couples and families, my role isn’t to decide who is right or wrong or to take sides. Instead, I work to create a space where each person feels heard and valued while learning to better understand the experiences, emotions, and needs of the people they love. Together, we can identify patterns that may be creating distance or conflict and begin developing healthier ways of communicating, connecting, and working through challenges.
I also work with individuals navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Whether I’m sitting with an individual, a couple, or an entire family, I believe each person’s experience matters and deserves to be understood. Therapy gives us an opportunity to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and develop healthier ways of moving through difficult seasons with greater understanding and compassion.
You don’t have to navigate every difficult season alone. Whether you’re hoping to better understand yourself, prepare for a new chapter, repair a relationship, strengthen your family, or reconnect with someone you love, I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we can work toward greater understanding, healthier relationships, and the deeper connection you’re looking for.
I am currently practicing under the supervision of Kristian May, LMFT.
