Lauren Oliveira, APC

Lauren is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered care. She works with children and adults, helping them navigate challenges such as trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction and substance use disorders, stress management and burnout, relationship, family issues, and parenting concerns, including the parent-child relationship.

Lauren’s approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, emphasizing the importance of establishing emotional safety in the therapeutic relationship. She collaborates closely with clients, empowering them to take an active role in their healing journey. Her work incorporates evidence-based modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness techniques, Internal Family Systems (IFS), expressive arts therapy, and Child-Centered Play Therapy. She is certified in Seeking Safety and Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) and trained in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1.
