Christy is a Marriage and Family Therapist who helps individuals, couples, and families build healthier relationships, deepen communication, and foster meaningful personal growth. With a warm, compassionate approach, she supports clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, family conflict, and relational struggles.
She has a special passion for working with couples—whether they’re rebuilding trust, navigating conflict, or strengthening emotional intimacy. Christy creates a safe space for partners to explore vulnerability, understand negative patterns, and develop new ways of connecting with clarity, empathy, and intention.
Christy holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and has experience in both private practice and community settings. She specializes in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and integrates Gottman Method principles to help couples improve communication, reduce conflict, and deepen connection. She also incorporates Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients identify strengths, build confidence, and move toward their goals.
Above all, Christy is dedicated to helping every client feel seen, supported, and empowered as they move toward healing, connection, and lasting change.
Christy is practicing under the supervision of Kristian May, LMFT.
