Adaliene is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Georgia and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University.
Adaliene works with children, teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families. She previously worked as a college counselor and enjoys helping clients navigate concerns such as anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationships, social skills, life transitions, and developing healthy coping skills.
Adaliene is passionate about helping clients get to the root of the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that keep them feeling stuck. She believes lasting healing comes from understanding the “why” behind our struggles rather than managing symptoms. She takes a collaborative and supportive approach to counseling, walking alongside clients as they gain insight, experience healing, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
Adaliene believes every person was created with purpose and desires to help clients discover that purpose while growing emotionally, relationally, and spiritually. She also has a passion for couples and family counseling, believing that healthy relationships provide a strong foundation for healing, support, and unconditional love.
Adaliene utilizes an integrative approach to treatment, drawing from Existential Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Adlerian Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other evidence-based approaches. She tailors each client’s treatment to their unique goals, values, and needs, creating a compassionate environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to walk in the fullness of life.
